Is ThriveDraft medical advice?
No. ThriveDraft publishes educational health content. It's not a substitute for personalized advice from your doctor or another qualified clinician. See our medical disclaimer.
How do you choose what to cover?
We cover topics where mainstream health media tends to get it wrong — either by oversimplifying (e.g., "eat clean") or by under-explaining (e.g., protein requirements after 40). If there's a question you've been trying to answer and the internet keeps giving you contradictory takes, that's the kind of topic we want to tackle.
Who writes the articles?
Our bylines are real people — a mix of registered dietitians, certified personal trainers, licensed therapists, and experienced health journalists. Click any byline to see that author's background and recent work.
Do you use AI?
We use AI tools for first-draft research assists and grammar checking. We don't publish AI-generated articles. Every piece is written, edited, and reviewed by humans.
How often do you publish?
We publish 3–5 articles per week, typically Tuesday through Friday. Our newsletter goes out every Saturday morning.
Can I pitch you a story?
Yes. Send us a short pitch (no full drafts) through the contact form. We respond to pitches within two weeks when we can — if you don't hear back, it's safe to pitch elsewhere.
Where do I manage my newsletter subscription?
Every newsletter we send has an "unsubscribe" and "manage preferences" link at the bottom. If you've lost an old email, send us a message and we'll take care of it.
How do I report a correction?
Email us via the contact form with the article URL and the claim you're flagging. We investigate every correction request and update the article with a dated note if we got something wrong.
